Limited to 15 indoor booth spaces and 10 outdoor spaces!

The Winterfest Village Market will be held at the Bear Lake State Park Marina in Garden City, Utah close to all the winterfest activities.  There will be a large tent with walls and heaters for indoor vendors and space outside for outdoor vendors.

The marina will be open to set up booths at 8:30 AM on Saturday (although you can set things up after 6pm on Friday, but you must secure your own things).  We ask that all booths are set up and completed by 10 AM. The market will run from 10 AM to 5 PM. We ask that you do not tear down before 5 pm.

For the success of the event and to help promote your business we ask you to donate a winterfest themed gift basket, food voucher, or item valued at $10 per space for the raffle. (You will be refunded $10 per space on your booth fee and it gives your business great exposure through the raffle announcements.)


You will need to provide everything you need to run your booth, including but not limited to, tables, chairs, extension cord, garbage bags to clean after yourself, etc.

Booths will be given on a basis of payment & approval.

OUTDOOR VENDORS – Food trucks must supply their own power (generator) and snow shovel.

INDOOR VENDORS – Some power will be available in the heated tent, but your must bring your own extension cord (up to 50 feet) and tape it down to prevent tripping.
